I personally guide owners and buyers across the Saarland — from the first valuation to signing at the notary. As a solo broker I deliberately handle only a handful of properties at a time, so each one gets the attention it deserves. No call centre, no handovers: you speak with me.

My work begins with listening. Before I do a valuation or plan photos I want to understand why you are selling, who has lived in the property so far, and what matters to you in the process. The rest is built on those conversations.

I have deliberately chosen not to build a team. Whoever calls, gets me on the line — not a call centre, not rotating colleagues. That limits how many properties I can handle at once, but it is exactly the difference a personal sale asks for.

Professionally I stand on solid ground: IHK-certified, years of valuation practice, well connected with the notaries, trades and financing partners in the region. That helps when questions come up mid-process and need a quick answer.
