I handle every sale the way I would want it handled if I were on the other side of the table.

I personally support owners and buyers throughout Saarland – from the first valuation to signing at the notary. As an independent agent I deliberately handle only a few properties at a time, so each one receives the attention it deserves.

My work begins with listening. Before I prepare a valuation or plan photos, I want to understand why the property is being sold, who has lived in it and what really matters to you in the process. Everything else builds on these conversations.

I have deliberately decided against a large team. When you call, you speak to me – not to a call centre and not to changing contacts. That limits the number of properties I handle at any one time, but it is exactly what a personal sale requires.

Professionally, I rely on my IHK qualifications, many years of valuation practice and a good network of notaries, tradespeople and financing partners in the region. That helps when questions need a quick answer during the process.
